What types of events do you cover?

We shoot intimate private events such as birthdays and anniversaries. We also shoot fundraisers and corporate events for promotional purposes and conferences. We mix a documentary style of shooting with asking attendees to pose for candid portraits. We can also set aside one photographer in a specific area to take more formal portraits of guests, such as a step-and-repeat wall. We do not do volume photography such as proms or sporting events where every attendee has their picture taken and dispersed to them individually.

How do I book you to photograph my event?

Contact with an email describing the type of event you are hosting and a general timeframe. We will reply within 24 hours to schedule a free, no obligation, consultation to discuss further details. If you have questions and wish to call us feel free to do so. 

Why do you offer a free consultation?

The consultation is a perfect time to get to know one another and discuss key details. It provides both you and us with important information that will help prepare us for a successful session. This is also the best opportunity to take care of important paperwork including our photography contract in the event you decide to book us. At the time of booking we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the session price to hold your date. If you are unable to meet in person for the consultation a phone conversation is usually sufficient and we will mail you a packet of information.

How do I get the photos from the event?

Within 96hours after your event we will email you a secure link to a gallery of hand picked with our signature retouching, high-resolution, watermark free images for you to download. Your gallery is never taken down and we maintain all of your images in an archive.

Can the guests of our event access images?

Yes, we can work out a system for providing your guests access to an online gallery where they can view and download their pictures. We do not print on location nor do we guarantee that we will take a photo of every single attendee.

What about licensing?

You and your guests can have the photos for personal use. In the case of corporate events you can use the images for internal and promotional reasons. We can also stipulate specific licensing agreements in your contract, if you wish. Additional fees may apply.

How many photographers will cover my event?

Each event we shoot is different, we will make that decision on the size of the event and what needs to be covered.

What do you photograph at the event?

This is usually determined on a case-by case basis depending on your parameters. A typical event session will include detail shots of the event set-up, candid shots of your attendees, and shots of scripted moments/key speakers.

What are your payment options?

We accept cash, personal checks and all major credit cards. 50% of the session price is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due at the date and time of the event.
